Fabric Rag Wreath
Today I am participating in a spring fling! Make sure you check out my friends post AND other great ways to use up fabric scraps at the end of this post.
Today I will show you how to make a beautiful wreath with fabric remnants.
I am a sucker for beautiful fabric! I buy it just to have it around.
I always have lots of fabric scraps and I try to think of clever ways to display my favorites. A fabric rag wreath is a great way to display many fabrics at one time and you can use up lots of small fabric pieces.
For a fabric rag wreath you only need two things:
- this wreath
Cut fabric scraps in different sizes. I chose two (but you could use more) different sizes one about six inches long and the other about eight.
Pull the fabric through two of the wire wreath bars.
Tie the fabric in a knot.
It’s that simple! Work your way around your wreath. Attach fabric to each of the metal wires.
